1. Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan for the firm. Support and facilitate development and implementation of business/marketing plans for legal practices.
2. Plan and administer the firm’s Marketing Operations budget;
3. Supervise implementation of client relations management including:
4. Oversee all business development activities
5. Research and analysis: undertake internal/external research and analysis (either directly or via specialist internal/external sources) on clients, targets, markets, competitors, rankings etc. and helping identify key existing clients and targets for new business
6. Assist with and support firm’s involvement in various legal networks including coordinating business development and marketing activities via these relationships.
7. Oversee corporate communications activities including external and internal, covering all the Firm’s stakeholders
