  1. Develops and implements HR strategy.
  2. Develops and implements HR policies and procedures.
  3. Develops, analyzes and controls HR budget.
  4. Develops, approves and implements compensation programs and bonus system.
  5. Develops and enhance corporate culture.
  6. Develops together with Partners the individual development plans for all employees.
  7. Makes suggestions on HR planning and approve them with the Partners.
  8. Develops the training and development programs both for legal and admin personnel.
  9. Performs/coordinates interviews with lawyers and administrative staff and gives recommendation for filling out vacant positions.
  10. Coordinate the annual performance appraisal.


  • A minimum of 5 years working within a commercial environment of which minimum of 3 years will have been in a consultancy/consultancy environment.
  • Proven ability in managing all aspects of a project at a senior level
  • Evidence of an individual being involved in number of significant engagements.
