Our client, a dynamic national law firm, in order to serve its clients better, and drive the business to the next level, is currently looking for a Personal Assistant.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Production of reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Translation of letters, contracts and proposals
  • Travel and event co-ordination
  • Diary and call management
  • Monthly expenses and timesheet management
  • Co-ordinate boardroom meetings and conference calls including minute taking
  • Maintain and build good working relationships with lawyers and clients
  • Update client contact database

Job Requirements:

  • Possess 2yrs+ experience as a PA at senior level with a professional services firm
  • Have Advanced MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills
  • Have good typing skills
  • Demonstrate a high attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Be able to build strong working relationships both internally and externally
  • Possess a flexible and adaptable work approach
  • Possess a warm, friendly and professional demeanour
